So we've all gotten kind of spoiled with the Internet. We want mail at blazing speeds, the ability to play games with others without going anywhere, and perhaps the newest big trend -- watching videos on demand. In addition to things like YouTube and Veoh, network and cable stations have gotten in on the action.
The newest entrant into the fray is soon to be TNT, that cable channel that has the annoying station promos with actors answering the question "what is drama?" Anyway, cleverly, the online video pipeline will be called Dramavision, and will allow you to watch shows and movies, in addition to bonus content.Other cable channels who have already followed in this path include Sci-Fi Channel and HGTV, as well as Comedy Central's Motherload. CBS is the major network player, with their Innertube service.
TNT's Dramavision will launch on August 15, and you can expect plenty of ads to get the whole thing off the ground.
