Sling Media introduces the new Slingbox AV with more flexibility and improved video stream quality.
The new Slingbox AV connects to your digital cable box, DVR, satellite receiver, DVD players, video/security camera, or any NTSC S-video or composite video source and streams it to a PC or mobile phone of your choice.
You can remote control most of the connected AV components. Additionally the video stream is supposed to have improved by 400% over the original Slingbox.
Amazon.com has a special deal of $154.99 (MSRP is $179.99), when you pre-order the Slingbox AV now.
It will ship actually already on September 28th. Update: Amazon changed shipping date to 1-2 weeks.
Sling Media also introduced the Slingbox Tuner and the Slingbox Pro.
