Turtle Beach is announcing today the newest set of headphones in the Earforce line called the Earforce X1. These earphones are designed to be used for both Xbox Live and PC gaming.

The X1’s feature an integrated mic that only works with Xbox 360 and PC, though the headphones will function with any game console. No external power supply is needed as the X1’s are powered by USB. MSRP for the new Earforce X1 headphones is $59.95."We designed the X1s to meet the highest standards of professional gamers," said Seth Dotterer, director of marketing for Turtle Beach. "Comfort, durability and amazing sound were all critical elements - and the resulting Ear Force X1s end up being a perfect fit for both the pros and the late night gamer who wants to experience a full audio assault without waking up the neighbors."
