AppleInsider throws out a rumor that Apple is going to release a 8 Core Mac Pro super power PC.
The new Mac Pro would use Intel's upcoming quad-core Xeon 5300 series (Clovertown) CPUs.
The rumored release date for the Dual Quad Core Mac Pro is 2nd half of November.The current Apple Mac Pro comes either with two 2GHz, 2.66GHz, or 3GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon 5100 series processors.
