If you want to listen to music while you are swimming the Finis SwiMP3 bone conducting mp3 player seems to be still the only gadget that lets you do it.
We reported about the Finis SwiMP3 the first time back in 2004. Prices have come down since then for the SwiMP3.
The SwiMP3 would actually be ripe for an update. it only features 128MB of flash memory and a 4 hour battery life. It is of course entirely waterproof and can be used with all swim styles.
