Laptop mag reviews the Samsung BlackJack HSDPA smart phone available from Cingular for under $200.

In other areas, you'll get slower EDGE data, which is fine for downloading e-mail and Web sites optimized for mobile phones (like Cingular's own MediaNet), but not for traditional HTML sites. "
