Total HD Disc to debut at CES 2007

The NY Times reports that Warner Brother's introduces Total HD Discs at CES 2007, which combines Blu-ray and HD DVD onto one disc.

In my opinion this Total HD would just add to the HD disc mess. We already have two formats. Just let the dual format HD disc players solve it and then the studios can release on what HD format they heck they want to. In any case, it looks like we are set for some interesting things to happen at CES around Blu-ray and HD DVD.
