New Casio Dictionary also Sports Handwriting Touch Panel

Last week we reported about the new Sharp Papyrus PW-GT55 that featured a 2nd touch screen similar to the Nintendo DS. Today Casio also announced an Electronic Dictionary with the same new feature.

With the Casio XD-SW7300 students can write Chinese characters on the small panel, like with the new Sharp Electronic Dictionary.
Other features include a 5 inch screen, 50MB built-in memory, SD card slot, 130 hour battery life and headphone. The Casio XD-SW7300 sells for 52,000 Yen (~$427) starting later this week. There are several editions that provide different language support.
More details in this Casio press-release (Japanese).
