Taiwanese Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) has a aqua robot research project. They work on a fish with AI called POPO.

See the photo first on Digi Times I really did not recognize a fish. It is a white thingy.
The Taiwanese robot researches want to create new life forms in their project.
"New Life Forms", that reminds me immediately on Ugobe with their little Pleo Dinosaur robot. At least their new life form looks like a dinosaur.

The current POPO robot fish can swim around and avoid obstacles in the water.
