The Compaq tc1000 TabletPC is now available at Hpshopping.com.
The new Compaq Tablet PC comes in a bundle with a multibay docking station, DVD/CD-RW combo drive, keyboard, and one pen.
The TabletPC is powered by a 1GHz Transmeta Crusoe™ 5800 with 512KB cache. 512MB RAM and a 40GB Hard-Drive complete the high-end configuration. The display is a 10.4" TFT. The images are served up by a NVIDIA® NV11 with 16MB SDRAM.
The TC1000 weighs 3lb and measures 8.3" x 10.8" x 0.8.
