Reaper HTC is EPP-ready and requires at least 2.1 volts, though it has OCZ’s 2.4V EVP so you can over volt the RAM without voiding the warranty. OCZ uses a new heat sink design on the Reaper HPC RAM that uses two copper heat pipes to move heat from the RAM.Once the heat rises from the RAM up the pipes it is dissipated through the compact aluminum fin array. This heat sink design looks cool and is less bulky looking that the FlexXLC RAM OCZ still sells.
