SplitFish edgeFX PS2 Mouse Controller Review

FPS games on consoles are not ideally played with gamepads for many gamers. There are many of us out there who want a mouse for our FPS games. If you are one of these gamers longing for a mouse to make your shooters better, you are in luck.

SplitFish has a new controller called the SplitFish edgeFX that splits the familiar control layout of the DualShock 2 PS2 controller into a right handed mouse and a left handed controller. Between the two you can control all aspects of your FPS games with the added benefit of more fluid movement with the mouse.Review excerpt: "On the left hand portion of the SplitFish edgeFX you get a familiar joystick and D-pad along with the L1 and L2 button on the top of the controller just like you get on the Dualshock 2. There are also two additional buttons on the left controller that you don’t see on the standard PS2 controller. One of them is a sensitivity dial wheel used to change the mouse sensitivity, making movements faster or slower." Read the full SplitFish edgeFX controller review here.
