Targa Computers announced today, their latest notebook called the Raptor-60. The Raptor-60 can be options with Blu-ray and up to three SATA HDD using RAID 0, 1, or 5 for up to 750 GB of storage space.
Graphics options include dual NVIDIA GeForce 7950 graphics cards in SLI mode. Targa says that the Raptor-60 is the first laptop of its kind to support RAID 5 on a notebook with the ability to choose from JBOD, RAID, 0, 1, or 5. Pricing for the Raptor-60 17” notebook starts at $2645.
The notebook also runs Intel’s 965 chipset, up to 2GB of 667MHz DDR2, and Intel core 2 Extreme processors.
