Sharp introduces two portable stereos with iPod docks.
Now that even Sony has iPod accessories, other Japanese electronics makers join it. Sharp offers the DK-A1 and DK-A10CD boomboxes.
The DK-A10CD has besides the iPod dock, FM/AM tuner also a CD player that supports MP3 and WMA files.
The new iPod boomboxes from Sharp actually have 4 speakers for a fuller sound.
The measurements are 400×145×251mm.
Both iPod stereos will start selling on July 5th in Japan.
