Looks like HTC is in a hurry to get their new touch screen Windows smartphone on the market. At the same time the U.S. will get the Apple iPhone, Germany will get the HTC Touch from the 3 major carriers in Germany.
T-Mobile will launch the MDA Touch, O2 goes with a version of the HTC Touch named Xda nova and Vodafone chooses to release an elegant version of the HTC Touch.
The price without a contract will be around 450 Euro (~$600).
The HTC Touch is the first Windows smartphone to feature HTC's TouchFLO, a 3-D user interface that allows users to move through on-screen options by sweeping their fingers across the screen, or scrolling up and down using a fingertip.
The HTC Touch runs Windows Mobile 6 Professional, which includes Outlook Mobile, Office Mobile, Windows Live and the capabilities to run thousands of third-party applications. Users can surf the web with Internet Explorer, send and receive emails, chat on Messenger and send files to their own web space through Windows Live.
HTC announced the HTC Touch on June 5th.
