Jennifer Chowdhury demonstrates her Ph.D. thesis project at New York University, an interactive game called Intimate Controllers and raises a wave of coverage in the media.
Her Intimate controllers could be the next cool interface for game consoles like the Wii. A set of sensors embedded in underwear are used to play video games. Players touch each other to control the game.
A demo video of the intimate controllers shows a game of pong played the sexy way. This could also be interesting for the adult film industry, taking interactive DVD and games to the next level.
