Dell has added high-end unlocked Nokia cell phones to their website for purchase. You can buy fully unlocked phones without the need for a contract. That does mean that the phones are expensive since you are not getting the contract subsidy for the device.
Currently on the Dell site are four high-end Nokia phones, the E61, the E61i, N80 and N95. Dell also has a couple phones that are unlocked from Pharos, the GPS Phone 600 and the 600E PDA Smart Phone.
The Nokia N95 goes for $736.53, the N80 goes for $447.78, E61i for $423.77, and the E61 goes for $383.40. the pharos phones go for $639 for the GPS Phone 600 and $559 for the 600E PDA phone.
