Today we are taking a look at a set of gaming headphones from Genius called the HS-04U USB Dolby Gaming Headset. One USB connections both powers the headphones and takes the place of a sound card.
The headphones perform well, if a bit lacking in the bass department for my tastes. They are also very cool to wear for extended periods and are low cost making them ideal for many users.
Review excerpt: “The ear cups on the Genius HS-04U USB Dolby Gaming headset uses an open design that keeps them from getting hot with extended wear. Inline volume control lets you turn the sound up or down as well as mute the mic, but no provision for adjusting treble or bass is given.” Read the full Genius HS-04U USB Dolby Gaming Headset Review here.
