DXG USA Announces DXG-572V Digital Camcorder for Only $149
 
 
DXG USA announced their newest camcorder today called the DXG-572V. the camcorder is able to record full motion video in near DVD quality along with sound and the ability to shoot 5 megapixel photos and record voice digitally for $149.

There is no optical zoom on the camera, but 4x digital zoom is offered. The camcorder uses a 2” flip out LCD screen to view the video being recorded.

Video is recorded at 640 x 480 at 30 frames per second and records in MPEG-4, AVI format. Internal memory is 32MB with slots for SD and MMC cards. Power is via 4 AA batteries. This may be the perfect camcorder for those looking for a low cost option with enough resolution for YouTube and other video sharing services.
