The Toshiba SD-H400 DVD Player with built-in TiVo Recording function is on Sale at Amazon.com for $349.99.

The SD-H400 has basically an 80 GB TiVo Series2 PVR that comes with TiVo Basic service, providing free, limited TiVo features right out of the box, with no subscription fees. Only when upgrading to full TiVo capabilities monthly fees are necessary.

TiVo announced last year in May that it licenses its functionality to DVD Player manufacturer. Only Pioneer and Toshiba have a DVD Player with TiVo on the US market as far as we know.
