Microsoft filed a patent that features a user interface that bears similarities to the Apple iPhone interface.
The patent, filed in July 2007, is entitled Extensible filtered lists for mobile device user interface. Some of the filed screens show an UI similar to the Cover flow feature in the iPhone.Apple sure has filed tons of patents for the iPhone and is covered. It is just interesting that Microsoft comes up with similar stuff.
