Yesterday we reported about a leaked photo of the Xbox 360 Arcade box and content. Now a photo of a Xbox 360 Arcade sitting on a Target store shelf appeared on Engadget. Update: Engadget got another set of photos from another spotting of the Xbox 360 Arcade.
The somewhat blurry photo reveals a price tag of the Xbox 360 Arcade with $279.99.
Why the price-tag is blurry is weird.
Possible Conspiracy: Microsoft did not announce the Xbox 360 Arcade yet, because they are leaking images on the web so the hype is building itself.
Anyway if Microsoft really had guts they would price the Xbox 360 Arcade at $249 to really turn up the heat on the Nintendo Wii. Nintendo is still not able to flood the inventory of Amazon.com with enough Wii consoles. Every time I check it is sold out and Amazon has imposed purchase limitations.
