Spanish Blusens (Blu:Sens) offers a navigation device that uses real satellite images as maps. Spanish tech news site Xataka published a video review (see it below) of the Blusens G01 showing this cool Google maps style navigation on the road.

The satellite images appear automatically on the Blusens G01 when they are available for the area (usually for cities larger than 80,000). The Blusens G01 features a 4.3 inch touch screen, 30GB HDD and media player. Looks like the Blusens G01 is only available in Spain so far.
