Wal-mart sells the ilo 256 MB Digital Audio MP3 Player for $69.84 right now.
ilo is of course a Wal-mart brand. This player looks kind of alright (judging from the photo) with its white on black display. It supports WMA-DRM, as it is working with the Wal-Mart Music Store. The ilo 256MB MP3 player runs on a AAA battery for 16 or 8 hours (specs are not consistent). It even has a SD/MCC expansion slot and supports USB 2.0. A FM Tuner is also in there. The Wal-mart MP3 Player comes with 16 pre-loaded songs, earbuds, belt clip case and armband.
