Most people apparently simply can’t understand the instructions that ship with smartphones for setting them up. This is one of the appeals of the iPhone. There really is no set up you download iTunes, and the iPhone does the rest for you and syncs with your email and all. This survey was conducted from Jan 11 to 16 2008 of 2000 survey respondents.
