I have seen stereo speaker docks for the Apple iPod, but I haven't seen an Alarm Clock Radio that features a iPod dock. Hammacher Schlemmer started to sell one of those now.

The iPod Alarm Clock Radio has a stereo speaker system and it houses and charges your iPod.
The alarm can be set to wake up to a song from your iPod, and the unit also has a built-in AM/FM radio, a classic buzzer, and snooze. The iPod Alarm Clock Radio also features a sleep mode.
