This week Apple introduced the 16GB iPhone and the 32GB iPod touch and with those slight product enhancements still managed to land the most interesting product announcements of the week. Also noteworthy is the new world's brightest Flashlight, which is re-claimed by Polarion-USA.

There was of course more tech news, despite Carnival, Super Bowl and Super Tuesday. See the highlights below.
