HTC announced at the 2008 GSMA Mobile World Congress 2008 in Barcelona a new version of the HTC Advantage X7510.
The Enhanced HTC Advantage features new software, increased storage and an improved keyboard.
The HTC Advantage features HTC’s TouchFLO software which enhances finger touch
scrolling and browsing of Web pages, documents, messages and contact lists.
The HTC Advantage will also include Opera Mobile 9 and Google Maps for mobile. In addition to the many software enhancements, the HTC Advantage also adds a variety of new and improved hardware features including 16GB of storage, a new
improved keyboard with haptic feedback and an updated version of VueFLO using a Gsensor
that recognizes the screen orientation of the device for optimal customer usage.
The HTC Advantage X7510 features HSDPA connectivity, 5 inch VGA touchscreen, 3.1MP camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, HTC ExtUSB, TV/VGA-Out, Bluetooth, QWERTY Keyboard and 16GB flash memory.
Measurements of the X7510 are 133.5x98x16mm (+4.75mm for keyboard).
The updated HTC Advantage will be available in March in select countries across
Europe.
