According to a new report on UK ISPs, price isn’t the only factor considered when shopping around for web access. The new survey was conducted by a company called Broadband Choices and it asked customers of various ISPs in the UK to rate their provider on several criteria according to BBC News.

According to the survey Sky Broadband came in second with good marks for pricing and billing clarity.BBC News reports that other big names didn’t do as well, with Tesco criticized for quality and reliability and Orange took some hits as well.

The top place went to PlusNet with an average of 79% of its users saying they were satisfied with their service across all six categories the survey ranked. Orange came in dead last in the chart.
