"Arsenal is one of the world's premier sporting franchises with a global fan base and the addition of this brand to our robust license portfolio should help strengthen the penetration of Mad Catz' products in key European markets," said Darren Richardson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mad Catz. Mad Catz will make Arsenal-branded controllers, faceplates, console skinz and carry cases for the PS2, PS3, Xbox 360, PSP, Nintendo DS Lite and Nintendo Wii. It seems that soccer fans in the U.S. won’t be able to buy the controllers.
