The biggest trend on Youtube in 2012 was Psy's Gangnam Style. 2013 has a new massive video craze that just started called Harlem Shake. It is an extreme powerful meme that has already triggered the upload of 12,000 Harlem Shake as of Feb. 11. Harlem Shake originated with a short video on Feb 2. According to Youtube, user SunnyCoastSkate has then established the art form of Harlem Shake videos (watch below).
The 12,000 user generated videos have about 44 million views so far. This will though further explode as about 4,000 new Harlem Shake videos are uploaded each day. This number is just amazing. The Harlem Shake is a DJ Baauer dance track.

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
