Samsung Galaxy S IV Launch Confirmed for March 14

The Samsung Galaxy S IV is closer than the Korean company tried to make use believe until now. Samsung has confirmed rumors from last week that the company will unveil the Galaxy S4 on March 14.

This means that Samsung is not using the MWC 2013 to unveil their next big thing. This is a big blow to the show. Apple has overtaken the Samsung Galaxy S3 in terms of global sales in Q4 2012 with not only the iPhone 5 but also the iPhone 4S. A new Galaxy S IV is essential now to get Samsung back on top. This will also mean that Apple will be behind again and has to follow-up with new iPhone(s).

Samsung is launching the Galaxy S4 in an event in New York. Samsung will go head to head with Apple on their home market out of the gate with the Galaxy S4.

About the Geek Mind

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.

The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
