Dropbox Announces Its First DBX Developer Conference on 9 July

Dropbox has announced on Monday that is is going to host its first ever DBX Developers Conference on July 9,2013. DBX will be held in San Francisco’s Fort Mason. While price of ticket is $350 per person and you have to request an invite first before purchasing the ticket.

Dropbox Announces Its First DBX Developer Conference on 9 July

Dropbox also thinks of holding a conference like Apple's WWDC. Though this one is held mostly to enhance sales for Dropbox drive enterprise and to spread word about new products launched by company.

Dropbox CTO and co-founder, Arash Ferdowsi, made the announcement through his official blog. He stated, "Mark your calendars! This summer, the Dropbox community will come together on July 9 for a day of creativity and exploration at San Francisco’s Fort Mason."

Ferdowsi thinks that DBX will be good place where all the Dropbox community can be gathered. Dropbox developers can meet their co-fellows  and can explore their projects and ideas. This event will give an opportunity to all developers to share theri thoughts not only with their fellow developers but also with Dropbox’s API team of engineers and designers.

Ferdowsi also stated that this is the event in which one can learn about upcoming and new products launched by Dropbox.
