Reddit user posts video segment of actor Shia Labeouf telling Jay Leno on the tonight show in 2008 that the FBI is spying on us. He said that every 5th phone call is recorded. The video has gone viral.

Ed Snowden delivered the proof that the NSA is spying on all of us, but it was Shia Labeouf that told us already 5 years ago. A segment of the tonight show from 2008 has gone viral after a reddit user posted it. The reddit user must have a strong memory. In the video Shia Labeouf tells Jay Leno that the FBI records every fifth phone call. He got that information from a FBI consultant on a movie he was working on. Watch the segment below.

The details are still not all clear, but it looks like the NSA just taps all data going through tier-1 ISPs.
