Vodafone offers $10 Billion for Kabel Deutschland

Vodafone has today announced to offer 7.7 Billion Euros ($10 Billion) for Kabel Deutschland. Vodafone has already confirmed a while ago that they are intending to take over Kabel Deutschland.

Kabel Deutschland is Germany's largest cable TV company. They also offer internet and phone services.
