Google Drops Nexus 4 Price by $100 for US, UK, Canada, Germany and More
 
 

Google has now lowered the price of both Nexus 4 models by $100. US, Canada, Germany, Spain, Korea, Australia, and UK users can get Nexus 4 for 25% off or more. 8GB Nexus 4 model is now available at $199 (£159) and 16GB at $249 (£199).

Google has dropped prices for its already cheaper Android phone. The affordable smartphone of Nexus 4 has now become more affordable.  A $100 price cut is now available for both Nexus 4 models. 8GB variant of the smartphone is now available to purchase atGoogle Play for $199 (£159) after cutting $100 from original price of $299 (£239). Nexus 4 16GB is now priced at $249 (£199). Its older price was $349 (£279).

Google has also tweeted on its Google Play account that this $100 price cut is available for 6 more countries other than US. Canada, Germany, Spain, Korea, Australia, and UK users can get any Nexus 4 model for 25% off or more.


This price cut will attract more users to enjoy the stock Android experience ahead of its anniversary. No news of new Nexus model is yet revealed. But Google will surely launch a new Nexus model as Moto X will not be enough for its mobile lineup, according to Engadget. Till now, Nexus 4 is the best non carrier stock Android smartphone for people on budget.
