Despite declining ratings, Ashton Kutcher lands at the top of the highest-paid TV actors list

Despite the ratings been on the decline, Forbes reports that Ashton Kutcher is the highest-paid TV actor. The actor is estimated to have earned about $24 million between June 2012 in June 2013. The two other actors on the show are also making an impressive amount of money.
Jon Cryer reportedly made $21 million last year with Angus Jones making $11 million. Cryer was in the second spot on the highest-paid TV actors list with Jones coming in at number seven.
