Amazon has announced on Tuesday that its best-selling items on this holiday shopping weekend were Kindle Fire HD and 7-inch Kindle Fire HDX tablets. In fact, a record breaking number of Kindle devices were sold this holiday shopping weekend. But the giant retailer has once again not revealed its sales figures this year.

Kindle Fire HD and Kindle Fire HDX were Best-Selling Items

Amazon Kindle devices were sold in such huge numbers that such a mega sale was never seen before on a holiday shopping weekend. Amazon is very happy to announce that Kindle sales broke all previous records. In fact, this holiday shopping weekend was the best ever for Kindle. A large number of Kindle Fire tablets and Kindle e-readers got purchased. But the exact number of sold devices has not been revealed.

However, Amazon announced some of its best-selling items this time around. The 7-inch Kindle Fire HDX and Kindle Fire HD proved to be the topmost choices made by the customers. These two tablets were the best-selling items on Amazon.com.
