Emilia Clarke and Brie Larson Shortlisted for Terminator Reboot

The director of Terminator Reboot is searching for an actress to play the role of Sarah Connor. He has shortlisted two names for the role. They include Game of Thrones' Emilia Clarke and 21 Jump Street's Brie Larson. Terminator Reboot is all set for release in July, 2015.

Alan Taylor is in search of an actress to play the role of Sarah Connor in Terminator Reboot.  The shooting of this sci-fi movie is all set to start in April. And the director Alan Taylor has started auditioning actors and actresses to play different roles in Terminator Reboot. But Taylor has reportedly shortlisted only two names out of many to play the role of Sarah Connor. The competition will be in between Emilia Clarke and Brie Larson. 

According to Deadline, "Paramount and director Alan Taylor are looking closely at Emilia Clarke and Brie Larson to play the role of Sarah Connor in the Terminator Reboot that is being assembled for a July, 2015 release." 

Emilia Clarke is famous for her role in Game of Thrones. Brie Larson already worked in 21 Jump Street, Short Term 12 and The Spectacular Now. Sara Connor is actually the mother of John Conner in the movie. This role of mother figure was first played by Linda Hamilton in the first part of The Terminator in 1984. Linda again played her role in the 2nd part of Terminator 2: Judgment Day. 

But the actors to play the roles of John Connor and his father Reese have still not been selected. However, Arnold Schwarzenegger is again booked for the title character in Terminator Reboot. Annapurna’s Megan Ellison and Skydance’s David Ellison are the producers of this film. Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier are the script writers of Terminator Reboot.
