Butterfinger Super Bowl 2014 Ad Teaser Video Released

Nestle USA will for the first time run a Super Bowl ad in the Super Bowl 2014. The Butterfinger Super Bowl 2014 ad will promote the Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cups. The company has now released a hilarious teaser of the Butterfinger Cups Super Bowl 2014 Ad. The Peanut Butter and Chocolate's relationship has gone stale and they need a dose of Butterfinger. The teaser is set in a relationship conselling office and there are tons of suggestive jokes. Watch the Butterfinger Super Bowl 2014 ad teaser below.

“We hope the Big Game attracts the largest audience ever to lay a finger on Butterfinger, and we’re excited to showcase our brand’s irreverent sense of humor on this national stage for the very first time,” said Butterfinger brand manager Jeremy Vandervoet. Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cups will take the classic peanut-butter and chocolate combination to a whole new level by adding a dose of Butterfinger and showing how “the cup just got crunchy.” Each cup features a smooth, super peanut-buttery Butterfinger filling with just the right amount of crunchy pieces mixed in, all surrounded by delicious pure milk chocolate. Peanut butter cups will never be the same again! The new Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cups will be available in retail stores nationwide this month.

In 2013, Butterfinger marked its “90ish” anniversary as the candy bar originally invented by Chicago’s Curtiss Candy Company was believed to have been promoted as early as 1923 (before it ultimately was sold to Nestlé in 1990).

Butterfinger has a huge 1.9m Likes on Facebook. This is a good base for social marketing of the Butterfinger Super Bowl 2014 ad. It is supposed to be funny. According to AdAge , the Butterfinger Super Bowl 2014 ad will not feature its long-term "spokes person" Bart Simpson.

Super Bowl 2014 will take place in New Jersey on February 2, 2014. The big game will be played in the Metlife stadium in East Rutherford. It will be the first outdoor, cold-weather Super Bowl. We will again bring you full coverage of the Super Bowl Ads in our Super Bowl Hub and on Super Bowl Ads for Geeks .
