Kristen Saban had a serious scuffle with her sorority sister, Sarah Grimes four years ago. The injuries Sarah incurred thanks to Kristen’s brutal treatment have led to the filing of a lawsuit by the former against the latter.

The whole incident was wrapped in mystery by the fact that both sorority sisters were drunk. It all began when Kristen and Sarah came to an apartment under the influence of alcohol. Sarah carried a grudge against Kristen since the latter had not invited the former to a workout. Then when they were in their separate rooms, Kristen commented about Sarah on Facebook which she was to read by chance.

This led to a tiff between the two that soon turned physical. While the two ladies scratched each other with their nails and pulled each others hair, soon things escalated and got out of control. Kristen beat the living daylights out of Sarah. Sarah was left with a contusion, concussion, headache and cervical injury as a result of the hiding she had received at the hands of her so-called sorority sister.

And now she is suing Kristen for the bodily damage she inflicted on her. The whole issue is one of who started it all. The accounts of both parties differ. And to compound it all is the fact that they were both stone cold drunk. Grimes also suffered a broken nose and had to undergo nasal surgery later on.

Currently the attorneys from both sides are arguing the case with Judge James Robert Jr. And while Saban wants the charges dismissed, the other party is not willing to let go of the allegations of assault so easily. The judge has yet to reach a final decision on this complicated matter.
