Jillian Michaels is one of the fittest females in the West. However, Michaels is not one to rest on her laurels. The supercharged fitness buff has further streamlined her exercise routine upon turning 40 years of age.
Jillian Michaels has helped obese people shed tons of fat on “The Biggest Loser”. Her “tough as nails” approach to fat loss is the best way to get rid of those pesky pounds. Jillian recently came up with her 30 minute workout that makes the exerciser continuously switch from weight machines to free form exercises.
The object of this circuit training of sorts is to keep the heart pumping. The weight just comes off like magic. She has also rejected all extreme diet plans that rely on cutting out whole categories of food. Rather than rely on any Atkins, Paleo or South Beach Diet, Jillian’s advice is to avoid fake food and count calories.
And despite the fact that she has just turned 40, she is in the best shape anyone her age can be. Age is just a number and this is one tough lady who refuses to play second fiddle upon going over the hill. She is a fighter and not one to give up so easily.
Jillian keeps her workouts fresh by allowing a variety of exercises. She engages in kickboxing, yoga and jogging. She never lets herself get stuck in a stale routine and keeps changing exercises so as to beat boredom. As a fat 13 year old, her mother enrolled her in a martial arts class years ago. And the rest as they say is history.
