Iron Dome Prevents Rocket from Hitting Eilat

The sporadic aggression from the Sinai Peninsula of Egypt has plagued Israel for some time. But the Israelis have found a way around this threat from terrorist groups linked with Al-Qaeda. It has constructed the Iron Dome which is unlike any other missile defense system in the world.

Recently, a rocket targeting Israel’s southern region of Eilat was intercepted and destroyed before it could reach its goal. There have been many similar acts of aggression from the surrounding areas. They are a natural consequence of the occupation of the Arab territories by the Israelis. It’s a case of one land and two people.

Israel often faces such stray missiles and rocket attacks. But mostly they are carried out in an aimless and brute fashion so that they miss their goal. Often the warheads hit sparsely populated wastelands and don’t harm a single human being. Of course, sometimes Israel is not so lucky.

Whatever the case, the present Iron Dome system has been in place since 2011. It has proven to be a Godsend and has relieved the Israelis of constant fear and worry over the possibility of terrorist attacks. The defense arrangement is the very best on earth and is a means of sure security for the citizens of Zion.
