The UFC 169 takes place in Newark on Super Bowl weekend. Urijah Faber just got knocked out in the first round last night.

The UFC 169 takes place at the Super Bowl weekend in Newark not far from the Super Bowl 2014 Metlife stadium. The last fight of the night was Renan Barao versus Urijah Faber. Barao defended his title by knocking Urijah out in the first round. Renan Barao stays Bantamweight champion. The fight was not without controversy as some feel the referee stopped the fight to early after Urijah Faber went down. Urijah Faber accepted though the decision in the press conference and acknowledged Renan Barao as the champion.
