Samsung Tweaks Galaxy S4 with new leather look back from the Galaxy Note 3

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has been one of the most popular devices that Samsung offers. One of its other incredibly popular smartphones is the Samsung Galaxy S4. One of the defining design characteristics of the Note 3 is its leather look back.

It seems that Samsung liked that look so much it is making it a familiar design trait and has modified the Galaxy S4 to feature the same back design. The back of the device is actually plastic according to Engadget, but it looks like leather.

The new version with the leather look backside turned up in Korea. The phone in the images also rocks the rose gold trim touches. Samsung is tipped to be getting a new smartphone ready called the Galaxy S5 and it may be right around the corner. If the leather look back is going to be a familial design trait, odds are that smartphone will share it as well.
