LG G2 Mini to Launch at Mobile World Congress

LG followed suit like other big smartphone makers. Apple has already launched a mid range iPhone 5C. Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, HTC One Mini, and Motorola Droid Mini are also out there in the market. And now it’s LG's turn now to launch a mini smartphone.

It looks like LG is all set to introduce its miniature G2 smartphone at the Mobile World Congress. The mobile show is going to start on the 24th of February, 2014 in Barcelona. And LG has posted an image of its LG G2 Mini smartphone on its Facebook page. This will surely increase the excitement level among G2 fans.

LG published images of G2 Mini along with the original LG G2. And it's a grid image that also shows a small shoe, starfish, and a cupcake with their normal size companions. Likewise, LG G2 Mini is shown standing with the original G2.

This Facebook post is captioned "Experience the MINI. Mobile World Congress. 2014-02-24." Actually LG has given a hint through this image that the G2 Mini is all set to launch at the mobile show.

Nothing else about the smart phone has been revealed yet by LG. We just know that it's a mini smart phone like the others in the market. And it would be a mid range smart phone like other mini smart phones.

However, the rumored specs of the device point towards the fact that LG G2 Mini can have a 4.3-inch qHD display of resolution 960x540p, an 8MP camera and Android 4.2.2 operating system.
