Another trailer of Kate Winslet's upcoming movie Divergent has been released. The 60 second promo of Divergent went on air during Thursday night’s Winter Olympics telecast. Kate Winslet plays the villain role in Divergent.

Kate Winslet becomes evil in new science fiction adventure film Divergent. A new action-packed trailer of Kate Winslet's upcoming movie Divergent was telecast on Thursday night during Winter Olympics.

Divergent movie is an adaptation of Veronica Roth's novel of the same name. The story takes place in a dystopian futuristic version of Chicago where people are divided into five distinct factions based on their personalities. People are divided into factions at the age of 16. But one girl, Beatrice Tris Prior discovers that she does not fit into any one faction. It means that she is Divergent.

Shailene Woodley plays the role of Divergent. Kate Winslet plays the role of antagonist faction leader Jeanine Matthews. The new preview of Divergent shows Kate Winslet commanding her group as a leader. She commands, "I want every single divergent hunted down and killed. Every. Single. One."

Divergent is directed by Neil Burger and produced by Lucy Fisher, Pouya Shabazian and Douglas Wick. Evan Daugherty and Vanessa Taylor wrote the screenplay. The star cast of the film includes: Shailene Woodley, Theo James, Zoe Kravitz, Ansel Elgort, Maggie Q, Jai Courtney, Miles Teller and Kate Winslet.

 

Divergent is set to hit theaters on March 21, 2014 all over the United States. Watch the new action-packed trailer of the movie below.
