Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 and Galaxy Gear 2 Neo leak

The Galaxy Gear smartwatch didn’t quite receive an impressive response from the public and the demand wasn’t something impressive either but Samsung is still motivated enough to bring the successor into play once again. And this time around it is not just one but two new Galaxy Gear smartwatches; the Galaxy Gear 2 and Galaxy Gear 2 Neo.

The pictures of the two new gadgets were revealed by none other than the Evleaks and what we have this time is two new versions of the smartwatch which look exactly like the Galaxy Gear. If Samsung’s recent naming convention has to be understood, then it is most likely that the Neo version will have an aggressive price tag but it will be a simpler version.

The leaked pictures are of a low resolution and hence nothing much can be made out of them because of the lack of details. There is a tiny spot just above the display but we can’t really tell if that’s the camera or not. The camera featured on the current version of this gear is very obvious and made prominent with a bump so if these spots are representing cameras then they are significantly smaller. The display also shows a home button which comes as no surprise considering Samsung’s love for home buttons but we weren’t expecting to see one on a smart watch.
