Taiwanese consumer electronics company HTC announced the HTC Desire 610 today.
Hours before Samsung's iconic press event, HTC borrowed time to announce two new Android phones. The first is the HTC Desire 610.
A compact entertainment device, the Desire 610 shines in the sound and display categories, thanks to HTC’s industry-leading sound technology, HTC BoomSound, and HTC BlinkFeed, the company's own personalized home screen.
Furthermore, the HTC Desire 610 packs a decent 4.7-inch display, and it is powered by a quad-core processor. Spicing up the experience is its support for LTE. That means users can enjoy faster downloads and streaming.
The HTC Desire 610 will be available across Europe in May, although pricing has yet to be announced.
During the announcement, HTC's Philip Blair said that the Desire 610 consumer choice is about selecting the best features without having to compromise on quality. Despite of being a mid-range phone, the Desire 610, Blair says, still offers an outstanding combination of performance and entertainment at a price that makes it possible for everyone to enjoy.
