Texans cheerleader Caitlyn Beth agrees to go to prom with high school senior
A high school football player named Mike Ramirez from Crosby High school has won the adulation of hoards of teenage boys around the world. Ramirez was looking for a date to prom and asked a hot NFL cheerleader form the Texans to go with him over twitter.
The deal he offered her was if he could get 10,000 retweets, would she go to prom with him. Beth said yes she would. The onus then fell on Ramirez to get the retweets, and he succeeded after the post went viral reports The Observer.
“I was talking to my friend Colton about prom and I just said, ‘Man, what if I asked a Texans cheerleader to prom,’ so I did,” said Ramirez, a senior. “So I sent her a message and she replied like instantly and said she’d do it.”
“Honestly, I didn’t think she’d respond,” Ramirez said. “But, you don’t hit unless you swing.”
“I’m so excited,” Ramirez said. “My buddies are excited for me too. They said I have to do it big, so that’s what I’m going to do.”
Ramirez says that he will take Beth out to eat sushi and will be taking her around town in a Hummer limo that he received at no cost. One of the ways that Ramirez was able to get the tweets needed for prom was when the story got picked up by a local sports talk personalities who helped him.
